Terms of service

These terms apply when you book a service with Happy Homes Thailand (HappyHomesThailand.com), operated by PlaceholderOperator name, PlaceholderOperator address, through this website, on LINE or on WhatsApp.

Home cleaning for condos and villas, and settling-in help for people moving to the area. We currently work in Pattaya only, in these areas: Central Pattaya, North Pattaya, Naklua and Wongamat, Pratumnak, Jomtien, Na Jomtien, East Pattaya.

Condo searches are carried out by our partner Thai agency. Any lease you sign is between you and the landlord, on the terms of that lease.

Sending a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when we confirm the date, time and price with you on LINE or WhatsApp.

Prices are fixed and shown on the cleaning page in Thai baht. Villas are quoted from photos before we start. The price we confirm with you is the price you pay.

Pay by PromptPay QR or cash. Card payments online aren't available yet.

You can move or cancel a visit at no charge by messaging us at least 24 hours before it. If it's less than 24 hours, message us anyway and we'll do our best to find another time.

Please make sure we can get in at the booked time: be at home, or leave a key as agreed with us when you book. We return keys the same day.

If you're not happy with a clean, or something has been damaged, tell us within 24 hours with photos on LINE or WhatsApp. We'll look into it with you and agree a fair solution.

We pay a fixed fee of ฿300 for each client you introduce who pays for a service, after they have paid. One fee per client. Nothing is asked of you. If we change or end the programme, we'll still pay fees for clients who have already paid.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Thai consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
